[aur-general] Deletion request: kde3-kgtk

This package fails to build because the tarball is gone and what is 
fetched to the disk is a HTML file. Thus file size mismatches.

Another user has mentioned the problem months ago, but apparent the 
maintainer does not care.

Please remove https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/kde3-kgtk/
