Hi there, As far as I am aware: this is a bug / problem not related to the package, but rather to the latest version of ld (possibly the multilib version only? -- noting that it is not the optional rewrite in binutils, gold); I have noted the same issue in bootstrapping gcc (libstdc++.so being ignored) in OpenWRT compilation, as have several others, having done a quick Google the other day.
