[aur-general] Removal request for AUR package 'ftgl'

Please remove the AUR package 'ftgl' because 1) it  name conflicts with
the 'ftgl' in [extra] and 2) broke the taboo of supplying a more updated
version of the same package to AUR instead of marking the package in
[extra] as outdated.
