[aur-general] Please disown AUR package 'luabind'

Please disown the AUR package 'luabind' as I want to adopt it.
The original owner doesn't seem interested anymore and the package has
been flagged out of date for almost a year. I have a new PKGBUILD ready,
I only need to get proper ownership of the package. :)
