This will be because a package with the same name exists in the repos.   
Read the rules for submitting packages here:

The solution would be to rename it something like digikam-unstable.

I also submitted kipi-plugins-0.2.0rc1, which is still there.

What about:
digikam-kde4
kipi-plugins-kde4

I think 'kde4' is better than 'stable', because the name won't have to be  
changed when it becomes stable (hopefully soon).
