Overview: When we play some rm links on ARM then they can not played & we are getting HXR_FAIL error. It is failing in RAExactResampler::Create(), in this function only intype _INT16 is handled and we are getting _INT32 as the input type. Adding _INT32 type enable us to play the rm links.
