audacity.desktop only have translations for the following:
ar
ca
da
de
el
fr
hi
ja
lt
nl
pt_BR
pt_PT
ru
tr
uk
zh_CN
zh_TW
In case someone wants to add more translations it can be added to:
https://github.com/audacity/audacity/blob/master/src/audacity.desktop.in
Or if that is to complicated maybe just translate these two strings and
submit them here and ask someone to add them:

Comment=Record and edit audio files
