Hello, I got a temporary solution... although this seems like cheating.
Since I already got Ghostscript in my Cygwin's /bin .. so I use the GS command option to use C:/cygwin/bin/gs.exe , instead of c:/Program Files/GPLGS/gswin32c.exe
