The defunct processes in the log output will be each mythfilldatabase
that has not been recognized as abnormally terminated by the parent
backend process. Each time there is a segfault you will see more
defunct processes. This will take up system resources as the defunct
processes resources are not returned to the system until the backend
is restarted.
