Yes I saw that too . I would not have thought that mythtv was so 
dependant on the phone plugin . I would just try to do a rpm -e --nodeps 
on them , then try the upgrade with yum . The whole myth installation is 
going anyway those dependencies should not cause any issues ( i hope ) . 
Back your db up just in case of fallback .
