-0. Given that the whole s/id/ref/ discussion was only about a cosmetic
change and that David's <ex:linkinfo> workaround syntax is plain ugly, I
would rather see Atom Extension Attributes standardized, then having to
resort to something like <ex:linkinfo>. If only atom:link were extensible...
