There are standards and instructions on the Adobe web site that explain and describe how to create accessible Flash content. But they probably outsourced this project to some third party contractor. I'm sure that most of the buttons are unlabeled, and the text edit boxes won't work. You will really have to raise some cane to get this one fixed. Consequently I cannot access it. Normally it tells you how much the kid is spending and on what and lets you limit what they can spend. I nicely informed them since they receive federal funding they have to make the website accessible to me. The one guy is being really nice but it is going to take some time. So, my question what is this "slash" and why would they use that and what else can I tell them to get it going so they have it fixed. Sam is only in the second grade and is going to get more variety of stuff to buy as he gets older into middleschool, and high school etc. Of course I will set limits at home but any suggestions on how to handle this? would be appreciated. This means what is "slash" and how can I tell them to make it accessible. The nice computer guy at school suspects that the slash is the problem. hmmmm Any insights? Thanks.
