config files, I would
recommend asking your question on the asterisk-users list (much more 
high traffic).

If it has to do with the GUI, I would be happy to assist you on the 
asterisk-gui mailing list :)

Well, dCap is great, however, you can just use Digium support, in which, 
all questions are answered.
