Hi, is anybody using Asterisk to input tickets to Request Tracker? I tried an older version of this but it did not seem to work with the new version of RT I have running. I think it would be excellent to be able to call a helpdesk and then leave a message which is then attatched to an RT ticket and the caller is given their ticket number.
