It doesn't matter whether you send directly to you, or to the list, I'm guessing. A lot of the time when I receive a message like yours, it's because I've posted to the list, and because of the way the list headers are written, I get vacation autoresponders, autoresponders similar to yours, and so on.
Just delete it, ... thats what I made my system with people who send an email to me and do not want to whitelist themselves, ..
simple and it works!!!
