No, it's not wrong as long as the code remains GPL'ed and you don't put any additional clauses to the license.

As long as you're not linking code to the GPL it's perfectly fine I think...
Also, I do believe that if Digium and the other software copyright holders are concerned about not receiving the due credit for any purported use of their software in this ebay listing, I do believe there are legal remedies available.
I don't think the GPL obliges you to "give credit" to anybody. All you need to do is make sure you redistribute the software under the GPL only and that you provide the source code along with your product.
