Guys. Im playing with agent autologoff but I have a question. My agents are configured to timeout after 10 seconds of ringing but if you configure autologoff to 15 seconds for example, then they never autologoff cause it never rings for 15 seconds.
Is there a way to make the autologoff timeout be cumulative? For example, set it to 20 second so that if 2 rings of 10 seconds are not answered, then autologoff the user? Hope you can help. Thx!
