Hmm... It could be a simple mistake of course. Is it safe to assume that the host server on their side is Asterisk as well? I assume there are no telco level devices that offer IAX. Could be wrong.
If that is the case, it should be easy to infer what is wrong on their side. Obviously someone here has mated a couple of Asterisk boxes before. What would have to be set wrong on their side for the ring tone not to pass? Once that is known, LiveVoIP users can send them the request to fix that particular problem. Thanks!
