Bristuff works fine with Beronet cards. As far as I can see there is no difference between Beronet and Junghanns cards, not even physically.
As for chan_misdn, it is still in very early stages of development, so I don't think you can expect features similar to those in bristuff, not to mention it is likely to be buggy.
