I didn't write app_addon_sql_mysql.c so I have no clue as to its current state.

I know that. You were just the last person to reply to that thread, and I always include the person's name as though I am writing a message to them personally. It's just habit (good or bad, I don't know). In the previous post you just seemed like you had some insight into the problems with app_addon_sql_mysql.c.
