Actually, A-D digits would be excellent to use instead of # and whatever for transfer. Having a separate code to do '#'-transfer without having to use any regular key on the phone would take away my objections to the entire process of '#'-transfers :)
I just have one problem with that. I have _never_ (that I know of) seen a phone with A-D on it!
