Here's what is actually working with a spa3k and CVS-HEAD-01/08/05:
exten => 3020,1,SetVar(_ALERT_INFO=bellcore-r3) ; selects Ringer
exten => 3020,2,Dial(SIP/3020,25,r)
exten => 3020,3,Voicemail(u3020)
exten => 3020,103,Voicemail(b3020)
exten => 3020,104,Hangup
I don't have a Polycom handy to test with.
