When there are no zap channels available, I signal congestion
using the following:
exten => _9NXXXXXX,1,Dial(${TRUNK}/${EXTEN:${TRUNKMSD}})
exten => _9NXXXXXX,2,Playtones(congestion)
exten => _9NXXXXXX,3,Congestion
The congestion sound plays correctly, but the ringing continues
in the background. Why is it still ringing and how do I make it stop?
