MCI does not provide voice trunks T1/PRI by itself. They resell it as a add-ons to their IP solutions. Sprint is expensive. Bell is quite expensive as well. Allstream quite better in price. ISPTel is the least expensive one but their customer support is not one of the best. The best way to find rates for such lines to go to CRTC site and check the tariffs for that. All the Best! Sergey.
