Maybe have an * CLI on a screen visible to the audience that shows what
goes when a call is made. have a headset plugged into a computer and
call a deskphone from it. Also demo IVR and voicemail boxes. not sure if
you can send SMS messages through * but that would be a nice too. just
some suggestions..
