Are you a lemming and can only follow the crowd if someone else has already done it? If so, come back in 2 years to be a proper follow on type person. It has been noted recently there is already companies selling canned asterisk PBX switches. You list a couple of gateway companies. You should know that at last information, there was over 8k subscribers to this list.
