The following works for me (with two DECT phones in England):
* Go to the Regional tab in the SPA-2000's admin system.
* Set "Hook Flash Timer Min" to "0.05".
* Set "Hook Flash Timer Max" to "0.5".
* Press the "Submit All Changes" button.
