When I dial out, from both my analog and my SIP phones, it fails roughly 80% of the time with various telco messages (eg., "The number you have dialed..."). The messages take a good 30 seconds before I hear them, which makes me think the telco isn't seeing enough digits. 20% of the time, my calls go right through. Any ideas?
