We are using Yellow Dog 3.0.1 with various versions of Asterisk and Zaptel on various Macs from vintage PM 9xxx to PM G4 and all works fine. However, I haven't tried Asterisk 1.0 on PPC yet because we've been experiencing far too many problems with 1.0 on Intel already. So you may want to go back a little and use a slightly older version of Asterisk first and if that still shows the same problems, you may want to consider YDL. rgds benjk -- Sunrise Telephone Systems, 9F Shibuya Daikyo Bldg., 1-13-5 Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan.
