Look at:

Is it working well? I don't know because of i'm
waiting a reply in order to use sql database for all
sip clients from small offices asterisk box with nat
context.
May I use autocreatepeer in all asterisk sip.conf file
with nat=yes in general option ???
[general]
dbname= Name of database in your Mysql server
dbhost= Hostname of server
dbuser= Username in MySQL
dbpass= Password for user in MySQL
autocreatepeer=yes
nat=yes
....
