Hi. Did you check out the plug? Is it wired
correctly? I once had this problem because there was
two lines on that same plug (red/green and yellow/black) and plugging it into a
fxo would short them out and make then off-hook. Michel Belleau De :

fxo. When plug a line from the telco to the fxo module it changes state
from onhook to offhook, and of course I can not receive any calls. (When
I tried to call from the outside to that line it shows as busy). Could
