There seems to be a bug in app_queue that prevents calls from reaching agents. If a call is directed to an agent, and that agent transfers the call using the transfer facility on Cisco phones (SIP firmware 7.2) then show agents shows the call still at that same agent. This prevents calls from being sent to that agent for the duration of the transferred call!

 

Is this a bug in app_queue or something more fundamental?
