The last time I checked, Mediatrix expects their resellers to support their products directly. The resellers are told to "charge" their customers for all software. Therefore, you'll need to go back to the reseller from which you bought the box and ask them for the software. In addition, you'll need the Windows configuration software that matches the specific software that you're going to be using. Behind the sceens, Mediatrix gives their resellers copies of both the sip and 323 software. If you know your reseller well, you might be able to talk them into giving you what you want.
