When I next update CVS HEAD would a patch which zeroes these values under these conditions be accepted? Also if my understanding is correct, the only time IAX2 jitter buffer is ever used is where IAX2 <--> something else (SIP, Zap, OSS, MGCP, etc.) is performed. Is this the case?
