Hi, Asterisk has a feature called pickupgroup, meaning you can pickup the call that is ringing on your collegues phone. Can this type of behaviour be emulated in extension logic or AGI (maybe together with manager login) ?
We need the group settings to be tied into a database which makes it a little more dynamic :-> Any suggestions are welcome.
