Our ISDN 30 is delivered that way, but we were also supplied with a balun that takes the two balanced coaxs and turns them into a single RJ45, maybe your telco needs to supply you with some extra kit?

I've tried to connect using the 120ohm with rj45 and a ordinary utp cable. But it dosent seem to work.
