For what it's worth, I have tested Kirk DECT / VoIP solutions and they
work very well (ref. IP600). The radio interface doesn't use Wifi at
all, all the wireless part relies on DECT, and the VoIP part is H323
(based on Innovaphone's stack, which is very robust).
Thus you can use the DECT repeaters to scale to the whole floor, and not
worry about Wifi connectivity / security.
