I just upgraded to the recent CVS, and IAX1 no longer seems to be available.
Is there a way to reenable it?
Use IAX2, it is a better IAX protocol.

P.S. If you really must have it, dig thru the channels/Makefile, but there is zero reason to use it any longer.
