Is very hard to give a suggestion without more information, when call from CME to Asterisk no voice is detected on both path? how about to collect traffic information between Cisco an Asterisk? Without a call trace and analyzing with Cisco partner or someone with H323 experiences it will be very difficult to let you the causes of no voices.
