Change the last 2 lines to:
Exten => _0XXX.,1,Dial(CAPI/33445566:b${EXTEN:1})
- ${EXTEN:1} passes the dialled extension minus the first digit
- CAPI/33445566 send the outgoing call with your MSN 33445566
