I have some mobile users that would prefer to have a 'real phone' instead of a computer headset. I've been looking around at the USB phone setups, which is (it seems) simply a softphone with a USB handset. The only ones I've found seen to be locked to a particular service provider. Has anyone used these, and are there any ones that can work as a general softphone, like X-Lite?
