[Asterisk-Users] VoIP Reseller Programs

Does anyone know of a good-quality (Vonage, Net2Phone, etc) service that 
would partner with us to resell and support residential customers for our 
ISP? We need someone who will handle the 911 locator, provide the 
equipment, etc. But we will provide support, billing and will [seriously 
consider] subsidizing a T-1 to provide local phone numbers to our customers.

Ideas or suggestions? We are also willing to partner (i.e. to meet monthly 
minimums or even to create the service from scratch) with the right company 
to do this if the opportunity presents itself.
