Sorry for the slightly off-topic question. Once a Cisco 79XX phone
has a call successfully in progress through Asterisk, how does one
transmit additional keystrokes to the call? For example, if the
remote PBX prompts the 79XX user to enter the number 222 to
transfer to extension 222, the 79XX user enters 222 from the keypad,
the 79XX echoes the 222 tones, but the other side doesn't "hear"
them. Is there an additional keystroke or button (like "Send") to
get the 79XX to actually transmit the 222?
