Sorry, but no. Infrastructure costs time, money, and effort by folks who have to keep the system running. You may not always see the problems - but they do happen, and Mantis certainly complicates all sorts of other pieces of the infrastructure puzzle. URLs that previously resolved to Mantis issues should automatically resolve to the JIRA issue that replaced them.
