I suggest you learn the configuration. You don't want a TFTP server facing the world. Restrict TFTP to your LAN interface. Outside phones should certainly be using FTP. I don't even bother with TFTP since it is not secure. I use FTP in every situation. A savvy hacker can download your TFTP configuration files and use your system for toll fraud or any other nefarious purpose. Better safe than sorry.
