This is how I have done it.
In FreePBX, under the 'Setup' tab, choose 'Zap Channel DIDs'. Assign a
DID (ex. 12345) to the channel(port).
Then go to 'Inbound Routes' and create a route for the DID and set the
destination to the appropriate extension.
