If later model badges run Linux, then it might be an ARM device (for example TI 
OMAP series).  But it's highly
unlikely the badge runs x86-something as Intel doesn't have any chip that small 
and with that level of power
consumption.  That's the basic reason why Intel isn't inside any smart phone.
