I wouldn't.  Once you've been served with a C&D order, you should be prepared
to go to court if you fail to observe any of the conditions in the order.  One
of those conditions was to cease violating their Terms of Service, which any
subsequent application would also do.

This is well-established law and has NOTHING to do with the present
administration, or in fact, the last several administrations.
