My previous question brings me to this:

 

I know there are plenty of SIP ATA, but is there one that is particularly
recommended that answers (as many of) the following needs:

 

1) As cheap as possible

2) Allows for auto-provisioning/configuration using a text/xml file

3) Allows for FTP to download auto-provisioned file

4) Supports G729
