I just signed up for Voicepulse with a DID. I can register with Voicepulse and dialout just fine. Only problem is that when I dial my DID from my POTS line I just get a fast busy and nothing in the console. Any ideas?
I signed up for a VP DID several months back. It took about 2 weeks of emails to get the DID working right. Seems that some exchanges take longer to provision numbers in them than others. Also, the configuration snippets they sent me for * had to be modified slightly to work properly.
I've had a lot of problems with VP not answering emails, so keep on them. In one case it took some 3 weeks to get a response to "Why do you supply CID and not ANI?" (Other VoIP providers seem happy to provide proper ANI.)
